Forné (Barcelona, Spain) is an urban sociologist, specializing in urban planning, democracy, and commons, with a feminist perspective. She holds a Degree in Sociology (UAB) and an MA in Urban Management (UPC). Co-founder of La Hidra Cooperativa. She has also worked as an expert and advisor for different public administrations, such as the Housing Department of Catalonia's Government and the Area for Citizen Participation of the Barcelona City Council. Between 2015 and 2019, she developed public policies on citizen participation, urban commons and social innovation for the city of Barcelona, under the leadership of Ada Colau and Barcelona en Comú.
