Caballero (Montevideo, Uruguay) is a social militant of housing and habitat. He is the former Secretary-General of FUCVAM and is currently a Board member of FUCVAM’s School of Cooperatives. Caballero was advisor of the Central of Cooperatives for Mutual Assistance of Paraguay and integrated the International Tribunal against Evictions under Habitat III. Since 2017 he is a jury of the Social Production Award of the Habitat for Latin America. He has given talks and conferences on Cooperativism housing, and habitat in Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, France, and Germany.
